Enthroned Tyche statue

Photogrammetry model by local volunteers from Umm Qais as part of the Living Museum Umm Qais project.

Statue of Enthroned Tyche, the patron goddess of the Greco-Roman city of Gadara (modern Umm Qais, Jordan). Sculpted in high quality Ivory coloured marble, the figure is larger than life size and was originally located in the centre of the front row of seats of Gadara’s West Theatre. It is now on display in the Umm Qais Museum.
